BSA Greenwich Camp Facility
Greenwich, CT Council / Boy Scouts of America / Ranger's House

A few years ago we were asked by the Greenwich Council Boy Scouts of America to implement and complete a capitalization project consisting of the renovation of their Activities Building, and the new construction of a Rangers House, Nature Lodge, and Outdoor Pavilion. This required managing the services of architects, engineers, and surveyors in order to obtain building permits and meeting the towns various agencies conditions in order to obtain the final Certificates of Occupancy. This multi-million dollar project was completed within standard square foot building costs, and on time for the opening of their summer camp season.

Fact: With the large amount of cedar siding required for these buildings, we worked directly with a mill and transportation carrier in Oregon to provide and ship the material, resulting in a $7,000 savings for our client.
